What you need to know
- Open to anyone over 18
- Non refundable deposit €50 to book each spot
- Fundraising target – Minimum €350 per person (in addition to deposit)
- No fitness or training requirements, however agility / mobility is important
- If you have mobility issues, you will need to speak to us in advance
- If you’ve had recent surgery, are or may be pregnant, have back pain or other medical/mobility issues, or are over 65, you must seek GP’s advice before participating
