Complaints and Feedback

Supporter feedback, including compliments, comments and complaints, provide a valuable source of information by which we can monitor and improve the experience of our supporters and stakeholders. Therefore, we value all feedback – good and bad.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our work, you can contact the Mater Hospital Foundation in writing or by telephone.

In the first instance, your complaint will be dealt with by a staff member who will aim to resolve the issue themselves or forward it to the most appropriate person to respond. Please give us as much information as possible and let us know in what format you would prefer us to respond to you, providing relevant contact details.

The Mater Hospital Foundation has a Complaints Policy for use by any person or organisation who may have a complaint about practices of the Charity or its staff. This sets out how we will deal with your complaint. Where local resolution does not resolve the matter, the complainant is entitled to make a formal complaint by contacting us at:

We will treat all complaints with courtesy and respect and, to the best of our ability, make every effort to resolve the matter quickly.
