The Mater Foundation Remember Me walk and gathering takes place in the beautiful and tranquil grounds of St. Anne’s Park, on Sunday 27th November 2022 at 10am.
This special 5km fundraising walk is being organised to remember and honour those we have loved and lost but still carry in our hearts every day.
All funds raised through this event will go to support vital End-of-Life-Care services (images below) at The Mater Public Hospital. Learn more about EOLC in the Mater Public Hospital HERE
Through the support of fundraisers the Mater Public Hospital has completely refurbished 14 family rooms and 2 comfort care family suites in the hospital so far, and we are working towards the goal of having a family room or family suite in every ward for our patients and their families.
You can help us achieve our goal by: taking part in this walk; fundraising; and/or donating.
At little as €5.00 can make a real difference to patients at End of Life and their families.
