How does the 30-Day Squat Challenge work?
You have 30 days to do 3,000 squats in the month of November! You can track your squats using our handy Squats planner which you will receive in your sign up pack, or by using an app of your choice. Then post an update of the squats completed to your fundraiser page daily or weekly!
How do I keep count of my squats?
You’ll receive a print tracker to track the total number of squats done daily.
Do I have to set up a Fundraising Page?
When you register for the challenge an Eventmaster fundraising page will be automatically set up for you. You can share this with family, friends and colleagues to help you raise funds to help continue to transform breast cancer care. We are partnering with Eventmaster on our fundraising pages this year, as Facebook – who we had previously used – withdrew their fundraising tools in the EU earlier this year.
How will the money I raise help breast cancer patients?
By taking on our 30-Day Squat Challenge in November, you will help us to raise vital funds for Breast Cancer patients the Mater Public Hospital.
Thanks to the funds you raise, we will be able to continue to transform breast cancer care to save even more lives.
